My journey with Kamikoto started a few years back.

My wife purchased a 7-Inch Santoku Ganjo for me as a gift. It is still a cherished blade and used very often. Durable, sharp and elegant.
What’s most impressive is how good it feels in my hand. The bamboo handle is designed perfectly for my grip and even after several hours of use does not cause fatigue. The blade itself is very durable and remains very sharp with normal maintenance and sharpening practices.

I have amassed a collection of 10 Kamikoto blades at this point. My favorites being of course the original and my Kamikoto Kuro Series Knife Set Everything I have experienced with Kamikoto has been quality and exceptional customer service. I recommend these tools very highly.
